New Construction and Renovations

Don’t know where to start with renovations, or anxious about a new home? We know it’s overwhelming, but we can help. We work closely with builders and vendors to ensure your house becomes the home you’ve always dreamed about. The endless selection of flooring, tile, countertops, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, millwork etc. can be daunting. We will get to know you, narrow down the choices, customize sample selections, and make this process as painless as possible.

Need help refreshing a space? Then Quick Design is for you! We do a per room styling and layout, color consult, or advise on any design questions you may have.

•  After your 15-minute complimentary phone call we established that you only need a few hours of designer expertise.  For every quick design consultation there are many different requirements, and we will tailor your session to your design challenges.

• You did the renovation and completed all the shopping, but the styling or layout is out of your comfort zone.

• Your designer will schedule your session with more than enough time to accommodate the project needs.

• We will style and/or advise where items go.

• Do the full paint consultation.

• Complete the room layout.

Design and Decorate - we do it all

We don’t just do kitchen and bathroom renovations. We have experience designing and decorating any space imaginable. Maybe your space feels dated but don’t know where to start, or you just need advice on which color to paint your walls. We can help guide and bring your vision to life. We can also assist with window treatments, wall coverings, decorative accessories and art selection.

What does “we do it all” mean?

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers…

• Room layout - I love my furniture but the flow doesn’t work.

• Furniture selections - I need new furniture but am not sure about size or fabric.

• Rugs - do I need a rug, what type or pattern?

• Decorative lighting - where should my lamps go?

The details and project management

The most important part in any design, is the detail. Should the tile be laid in a herringbone, straight or diagonal pattern to maximize space? What about the color of hardware? We are professionals that thrive on attention to detail, and there are a lot of those. Without proper project management your project and budget can be at risk, we will manage your entire project to its completion and your satisfaction.
